Able Farms Pop-Up Dinners

About Able Farms Pop-Ups

Megan Denton, head farmer and chef at Able Farms, hosts pop-up's throughout the Pacific Northwest. Each meal pays homage to a specific ingredient or region by weaving it into every course of the menu. Every pop-up is a voyage into the culinary, agricultural, and historical worlds of the theme, from the past to the present, while highlighting quality farms, ranches, and purveyors from the local community. Every pop-up is hosted at unique locales with collaboration from some of the best badasses around.
